For our out-of-town guests, we’ve partnered with the newly renovated Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie—just 20 minutes from the wedding venue—for a comfortable, modern, and convenient stay during your visit. Formerly the Best Western New Baltimore, the hotel has been fully transformed and reopened as a Hilton property in 2025, offering refreshed rooms and a welcoming atmosphere to make you feel right at home.
Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without any worries. The hotel is conveniently located just 45 minutes from the airport and a short drive to the scenic Hudson Valley and the artistic town of Woodstock—perfect for a little sightseeing or adventure during your stay.

While we’ll be providing shuttles to and from the venue, we highly recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay—especially if you plan on exploring the stunning Catskills, Hudson Valley, and nearby Woodstock. The Albany Airport offers several car rental options, and we suggest booking early to secure your ride, as it’s a smaller airport and cars can get booked up quickly.
